Long Table Banquet - June 21st, 7pm

We're delighted to announce the details of our summer banquet at Ballykilcavan. On Friday June 21st, Midsummer's Day, we will be hosting a four course, long table banquet in our 18th century stone farmyard. The event is a collaboration between the newly opened Ballykilcavan brewery and chef Martin Hayes of Bloom Restaurant and will feature the very best food and drink from artisan and organic producers across Co. Laois

Tickets

Tickets for the event, which include all food and a complimentary drink on arrival, are available ONLINE from the Dunamaise Arts Centre at a cost of €70 per person plus booking fee.

We are very proud to be working with a wide range of the excellent food and drink producers in Co. Laois, and we are really looking forward to showcasing the wondeful produce that is available in the county.

Selection of bread by Mueller and O'Connell Bakery with rustic dips
Rustic farmhouse terrine with piccalilli
Edmunberry Greens garden leaf salad
BBQ Chicken drumsticks with Bloom BBQ hot sauce

Salad:
Pearl barley, heirloom tomato and crispy caper salad
Spicy peach and avocado topped with pistachios
Roast new potato and red onion salad

The Feast:
Slow cooked organic pig
Pulled pork shoulder
Piedmontese short ribs and burgers
Ratatouille with toasted organic oats

Irish farmhouse cheese board
Rossmore Ice cream
Apple and ginger crumble with caramelised oat crumble
